Jennifer is an Executive Officer in IEEE’s Learning Technology Standards Committee and a Founder and Principal Strategist of her own consulting firm. With over 20 years of experience in the learning and talent development field, Jennifer has a passion for creating and implementing cutting-edge solutions that optimize performance and enable transformation across various industries, such as energy, healthcare, and technology.

As an officer of the Learning Technology Standards Committee at IEEE, she assess and supports new standard development and adoption in the areas of emerging technologies, such as augmented and virtual reality, machine learning, and competency-based learning. Jennifer also advises the Continuing Education and Credentialing staff on strategic direction and market penetration for their commercial offerings. As a founder and principal strategist of her own consulting firm, she has conducted research and provided thought leadership in the operational excellence and workforce development fields, collaborating with technology platform providers and industry associations to create and promote innovation in data standards and measurement.

Jennifer has been recognized for her expertise and contributions by several awards, publications, and speaking engagements, and she serves as an advisory board member for Sam Houston State University Department of Engineering Technology. Jennifer holds Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials, as well as an Executive MBA from Rice Business. Jennifer is committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement, and strives to make a positive impact on the world through her work.
