Josh West is the HSE Manager – Systems, Planning & Reporting for Occidental Oil & Gas’s (Oxy) U.S. Onshore Resources & Carbon Management (ORCM) business. Josh has over 14 years of experience with Oxy in HSE supporting many functions, including HSE operations, assurance, systems and conducting complex and significant investigations. Josh is a CSP and PMP and has a B.S. in Fire Protection & Safety Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and a M.S. in Engineering Management from Ohio University.
