As an experienced leader and chemical engineer, Brad has always been deeply passionate about developing and leading teams. His career has spanned various industries and functions, allowing him to gain invaluable insights that he leverage to quickly learn, communicate, contribute, and lead effectively. One of Brad’s key strengths is his ability to swiftly diagnose issues, prioritize tasks, and develop other leaders—skills that have significantly contributed to the success of the teams he has been a part of. At Methanex, he had the unique opportunity to build an Operations group from the ground up at the Geismar production site. This was an exciting challenge, as it involved starting up and operating two plants, building a new team with a fantastic culture, and creating an environment where people truly wanted to work. This experience was incredibly rewarding and has continued to shape Brad’s approach to leadership and team development. Throughout Brad’s time at Methanex, he has sought to broaden his experience across different areas of the manufacturing organization. Brad’s goal has always been to build on successes and strive for continuous improvement.
