I have worked in different Maintenance and Reliability roles for over 20 years, more recently focusing on turnaround technologies, strategy and performance improvement, across sites in Brazil, Mexico, Germany and USA. In my current position I am responsible for turnaround strategy, preparation, execution and improvement in all Braskem US sites.

US Turnarounds Manager Carlos Schulz has led the development of the Braskem's customized turnaround management platform and supported its implementation in multiple sites. He is currently responsible for leading turnaround planning and execution in all Braskem US sites, as well as continuous improvement of turnaround processes.
