Edward Warnick is Global Principal Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) Architect at IFS. He has spent nearly 30 years in Enterprise Asset Management, beginning at Indus International (now Hitachi Energy) and spending 18 years at IBM before joining IFS in 2025. Across three generations of EAM platforms, Edward has watched the same pattern repeat: what separates organizations that scale their asset management programs from those that stall is rarely the technology, it's the readiness of the people, data, and processes underneath it. He works with maintenance, reliability, and operations teams on maturity assessment, use-case prioritization, and roadmaps that survive contact with the field.
