With experience spanning both operational leadership and consultancy environments, I have worked with organisations across multiple industries to enhance uptime, optimise maintenance costs, and improve equipment reliability across rotating, electrical, and fixed assets including many years in the O&G industry. At AVT Reliability, I lead the technical direction of our consultancy and service offerings, drive the development of innovative solutions such as Machine Sentry®, and support strategic growth through key account engagement and reliability transformation initiatives. My passion lies in helping organisations move beyond reactive maintenance and build world-class reliability programmes that improve safety, productivity, sustainability, and long-term operational performance.
