Pradheep Kileti is Vice President of Gas Asset Management & Engineering at National Grid, where he oversees gas asset management and engineering for the company's New York gas business, serving more than 4 million customers. He leads a team of over 400 professionals and is responsible for a $1.5 billion capital portfolio, driving asset strategies, engineering standards, and investment plans that support the safe, reliable, and long-term performance of the gas network across New York. Having started at National Grid as an intern, Pradheep has held leadership roles across engineering, operations, innovation, and customer programs, and is a registered Professional Engineer with degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, as well as Stanford LEAD executive program credentials.
