Dr. Sumesh Arora is a Workforce Strategies program manager with extensive experience in cleantech innovation, energy workforce development, and entrepreneurial support across public and private sectors. A former director of Mississippi's state energy office, Dr. Arora has advised researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors on advancing clean energy technologies. He has testified before the U.S. Senate and served on the U.S. Department of Energy's State Energy Advisory Board. An adjunct professor and research faculty member, he has presented internationally, contributed to published works on energy security, energy supply chains, and co-invented a patented biogas system. He holds a PhD in International Development and bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering.
