Gas Transportation and Storage Analyst Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF)

Imran Mohammed is the Gas Transportation and Storage Analyst at the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), an intergovernmental organization comprising twenty of the world's leading gas-exporting countries. Within the Gas Market Analysis Department, his work focuses on pipeline gas trade, gas storage, LNG shipping, and gas utilisation in the transport sector. He also contributes to analysis of LNG trade, supply and demand, global pricing, and energy policy. Previously, he spent more than ten years in a regulatory role across the LNG value chain at the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. He holds a master's degree in Advanced Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
