Over 34 years of experience in a variety of technical and business roles across Shell’s global Upstream and Carbon Capture (CCS) businesses. Lived and worked in Brunei, The Netherlands, US, Pakistan, Malaysia, and Trinidad & Tobago and have delivered major projects in many more countries. Significant experience in Facility Project Delivery and Production Operations with deep technical skills in all aspects of life cycle Well Delivery, across Unconventional Shales plays to Deepwater. Lead multifunctional teams of technical and commercial professionals in Shell’s Shales Assets in Canada and Argentina, with a people centric focus on collaboration, safety and performance. Have deployed transformational change and continuous improvement to deliver safe and successful business outcomes. In addition, have been a non-executive board member of Shell International Exploration and Production US Inc. Retired in March this year.
