Elle Osborne is an HSE leader who partners with the operations Team of  PPS to work towards creating a safer, competent, and operationally effective workforce.

After spending a handful of years as an Environmental Consultant working for major operators, Elle went into operations where she found her niche creating teams of top performers in sales and execution. Always driving to improve, Elle took on HSE where she continues to work towards creating teams of vested, strategic, Critical Thinkers.

Elle holds a BS in Biology and a BA in Legal Studies from University of Central Florida. A MS in Environmental Resource & Policy from University of Denver, and MBA from University of Denver
