Hugo currently leads the execution of project risk management activities in a global portfolio of 50+ oil, gas and low carbon energy projects, caring for about $45B dollars of investment capital. Prior to his arrival to BP in June 2012, Hugo held leadership roles in a 17-year career in the Aerospace industry, inclusive of NASA programs, in several engineering disciplines. Among his many professional interests, Hugo is presently focused on the role of Human Performance in Hazardous Industries.
