Hugo currently leads the execution of risk management activities across three major BP business groups: A global portfolio of 50+ offshore & onshore construction projects, a global portfolio of 30+ new and renewable energy projects, and our Customer & Products projects activities worldwide. Prior to his arrival to BP in June 2012, Hugo held leadership roles in a 17-year career in the Aerospace industry, inclusive of NASA programs, in Reliability, Quality, Technical Safety, and Systems Engineering. Among his many professional interests, Hugo is presently focused on the role of Human Performance in Hazardous Industries.
