James’ brings over a decade of leadership experience in strategy development and implementation, business transformation, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Business Services (EBS), his focus is on designing and scaling enterprise-wide services, streamlining back-office operations, and aligning initiatives with strategic objectives. By creating a roadmap for standardization, optimization and scale, the EBS team empowers organizational growth and success.

Previously, as Vice President of Audit, the organization was supported by a reimagined internal audit function, transitioning from a compliance-driven approach to a strategic partnership based on data driven insights. This included implementing advanced tools and methods such as robotic process automation and an upgraded audit management system, and an Agile audit framework, leading to enhanced and accelerated reporting and reduced audit cycles.
