Principal Engineer - Materials Integrity ExxonMobil

Jocelyn Nelson has over 20 years of experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas sector with a focus on Asset Integrity Management. She has held numerous research, engineering, and supervisory positions during her career with ExxonMobil in the US and abroad, and was named to her current position of Principal Engineer – Materials Integrity in 2021. Jocelyn holds a B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. Her professional interests include the use of probabilistic methods to inform integrity decision making and mentoring the next generation of asset integrity professionals.
