Justin Bethancourt is an Operations Digital Technology Director for ConocoPhillips. He has held roles in Reservoir Engineering, Operations, and Leadership through his 24-year career with the company. His favorite assignments have been the five years he and his family spent in Jakarta, Indonesia and running the Bakken operations and maintenance organization. In his current role, he helps to shape the future of production surveillance and optimization, balancing the needs of growing L48 unconventional operations with the legacy conventional assets worldwide. He earned his Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University in 1998.
