Matthew Bernstein is Vice President of North America Oil & Gas at Rystad Energy, and the Product Manager of Rystad’s Shale Upstream Solutions. Matthew is a recognized market expert and thought leader focused on the US Lower 48 upstream sector, delivering clients, the media, and the broader industry with analysis on the latest trends on production, M&A, and corporate strategy. Matthew graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he majored in International Politics with an Honors Certificate in International Business Diplomacy. Prior to joining Rystad Energy, Matthew worked in the financial sector with experience across various markets.
