Paul (Skip) Rabuse is Director of Business Development for Clean As New.  Skip has worked for more than 35 years in the Refining and Petrochemical industries in maintenance and reliability.

He earned his BSME from Purdue University and spent his early career with Phillips 66, and later Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, in various technical and management positions.  This includes several US facilities as well as corporate headquarters.

Skip also has worked with several consulting firms to provide asset integrity and management services to many major oil and gas companies in both domestic and international locations.
