Reynaldo Glombowski is a leader for process improvement initiatives with over 11 years of experience in leading projects and project teams in different industries. He is currently working at TC Energy based in Calgary, Canada with the Canada Gas Project Controls team. He has also worked in the technology, retail, and manufacturing industries, in process improvement roles based in Supply Chain, Finance and IT. He has led numerous process improvement projects and performed and has developed Business Process Management (BPM) solutions at an enterprise scale. He also has experience in Software Development, Enterprise Architecture, and Financial Analysis. He is especially passionate about leveraging data to provide insights and inform business decisions. Reynaldo also has a passion for international business and has worked in Germany, India, and Ghana throughout his career.
