Robert (Bob) Hooper is a Senior Industry Consultant at Octave with extensive experience in corporate and plant-level management across the Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Consumer Products industries. Known for bridging high-level business strategy with plant-floor execution, he has helped organizations improve operational performance, drive P&L growth and achieve measurable business outcomes through Lean Manufacturing, Asset Reliability and Operational Excellence initiatives. Bob's expertise spans digital transformation, ERP implementation, digital backbone strategies, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Six Sigma and organizational change management. Throughout his career, Bob has led major capital projects, turnaround executions and business transformation programs that have delivered significant cost reductions and performance improvements. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and Six Sigma Green Belt.
