Three Reasons Integrated Asset Performance Management (APM) Improves Return On Capital Investment
The Asset Performance Management webinar looks at the asset performance drivers from the stakeholder's point of view and presents a view of the asset performance management process
Performance Management Oil and Energy
Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions are being revisited by end users as they, like many other applications in the Digital Oilfield have underperformed relative to customer expectations.
It is believed that one of the challenges past in performance management in oil and energy is that APM products have been sold as functional point solutions which have not necessarily supported the overall work process or enhanced Return on Net Assets (RONA).
This session explores the asset performance drivers from various stakeholder points of view and presents an integrated view of the asset performance management work process across both maintenance and operations. It also shows how asset information is shared between supporting functions thus improving business decisions both tactically and strategically regarding the life cycle investment in fixed assets.
It is hoped that this discussion topic will stimulate end users and service providers to collaborate in an effort to meet the Return on Net Asset (RONA) challenge for the asset intensive industries.
