In oil and gas, reducing risk and cutting costs is more critical than ever in the drive for operational excellence.

How do we achieve this? By ensuring a single, shared view of the operational reality is disseminated throughout an organisation. In that way, everyone knows what’s happening, where it’s happening and when it’s happening, all of the time.

The key lies in the digitalisation, integration and simplification of two key areasrisk management and operations management. Once you have started down this path, the read to operational excellence is an easy one.

In this webinar you will learn how to:

  • Create meaningful and actionable insight from disparate data and systems operations
  • Ensure risk mitigation becomes an integral part of efficient and effective operations
  • Connect process safety management to operations and make major accident hazard risk exposure visible and prominent – in real-time
  • Improve end-to-end productivity across planning, maintenance and operations

This webinar is for you if you work in the areas of:

  • Operations
  • Maintenance
  • Operational excellence
  • Process Safety
  • HSE
  • Risk Management
