The truth about asset integrity in the North Sea

One of the major challenges facing the oil and gas industry today is to ensure the safe operation of ageing assets. Nowhere is this more important than in one of the world's most mature offshore arenas, the North Sea.

The following infographic was composed using information garnered from a survey of Oil & Gas IQ’s large community of asset integrity management (AIM) professionals working on the Norwegian continental shelf.

The questions were blunt and some of the answers were, frankly, shocking:

• Find out the average score that AIM rofessionals gave their safety leadership
• Discover the percentage of AIM professionals that rated their asset integrity programmes at less than 5 out of 10
• Learn what AIM professionals overwhelmingly agree to be the single greatest weakness in their organisations
