Simon joined AVEVA in 2008 to run Product Management for the Information Management Solutions, in 2012 Simon formed a new Sales Enablement team and in 2018 Simon lead AVEVA’s global technology research programme including research partnering with some of the worlds leading universities Today, Simon is Director of Incubation helping to accelerate the commercialisation of new technologies such as Industrial Metaverse

Jose is the CTO of Manufacturing at Microsoft Corporation. As part of the Industry leadership, he's responsible for driving global industry thought leadership. He's an expert in Manufacturing as a leader in "building mindshare" for Microsoft in shaping Hybrid and Cloud adoption with Industry priority scenarios and activating Microsoft's ecosystem of partners to drive industry expertise at scale.

Jose started as Process Engineer and Process Automation and has 34 years of experience in executive positions in Advance Process Control, Automation Control Solutions, and Process Manufacturing, having played a key role in leading transformation, innovation, and disruption in the market, mega-complex engagement, business platforms, technology and strategy groups.

He has a strong international background, having served in executive leadership roles in Europe, South Asia, Latin America and the USA. Based in Redmond, Washington State, Jose joined Microsoft in 2014.
