Sonma Agatha-Christy Okoro

As Vice President of Business Analytics & Digital Operations at RWE, Agatha turns data into decisions—giving operators and executives the visibility, tools, and insights they need to run renewable energy assets more safely, efficiently, and profitably. Her work brings together digital innovation, data analytics, financial planning, and risk governance, strengthening both day-to-day performance and long-term asset management across the portfolio.

Agatha brings over 13 years of experience in renewable energy, spanning offshore and onshore wind, solar PV, and BESS, across the full value chain from project development to engineering and operations in Germany, UK and the United States.

Agatha holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Constructor University (formerly Jacobs University Bremen), Germany, and a dual Master's in Microelectronics & Microsystems Engineering and Technology Management (an MBA for engineers) from Hamburg University of Technology and the Northern Institute of Technology Management.
