Tammy Giesler-Hagans, CPIM, CSCP, CTSC, is a seasoned supply chain professional with over two decades of experience in the energy and lubricants manufacturing sectors. She has successfully managed inventory and capacity across terminals, pipelines, and third-party suppliers while optimizing portfolios through market analysis and arbitrage studies. With a strategic focus on demand management, she balances customer needs with supply chain performance to drive efficiency and profitability. Tammy has conducted annual reviews of pipeline partners to ensure SLA and ROCI targets are met. Beyond her operational expertise, she is skilled in training and competency development, defining competency targets, and implementing gap closure plans to enhance workforce capabilities. Holding a master’s degree in supply chain management, Tammy consistently demonstrates leadership in driving efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment on a global scale. As the Process Quality Manager for the North American Value Chain, she has influenced processes across 29 Lube Oil Blend Plants, more than 100 warehouses, four regions, and 120 countries. Her expertise spans sales and operations planning, demand and supply planning, production scheduling, quality, and logistics. In addition to her industry role, Tammy teaches business and supply chain subjects and actively contributes to the ASCM Houston Chapter. She holds multiple ASCM certifications, including Certified in Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
