Vitor is responsible for all Synopsys Digital Twin business development activities in Americas and has assisted teams across the various industries in the region to streamline their Digital Engineering journey at different stages of the lifecycle. He joined Synopsys after 10+ years in the industry, bringing together different perspectives on Digital Twin technologies from previous roles in R&D, Engineering, Operations, Business Development, Sales and Management. He has had several patents issued and industry papers presented on the topic and is considered an SME in hybrid digital twins that combine physics modeling & simulation, AI/ML and telemetry data. Vítor holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro – Brazil, both with emphasis in Computational Fluid Dynamics modeling and simulation for process optimization of multiphase and non-Newtonian flows.
