Bridget Todd is the Vice President of Environmental, Health, and Safety, responsible for companywide HSE governance, strategy, and performance. She brings more than 20 years of experience across the energy and industrial sectors, with a diverse background spanning business development, product stewardship, and HSE leadership.
Prior to her current role, Bridget served as the HSE Performance Excellence Leader, where she drove the development of an integrated approach to performance management. Her work integrated organizational learning, human performance, management systems, auditing, and industry standards to enhance enterprise HSE outcomes.
Bridget joined Baker Hughes in 2012, supporting compliance, product stewardship, and stakeholder engagement related to hydraulic fracturing. Before joining Baker Hughes, she worked as a consultant to the energy and automotive industries, specializing in liabilities management with a focus on environmental compliance, toxicology, and regulatory risk. She is an active member of the American Petroleum Institute (API), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP). Bridget also serves on the SPE Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability Executive Advisory Committee. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and is based in Houston, Texas.
