Eight years ago, CITGO launched its Ethics and Compliance Ambassadors Program to integrate its values into daily operations. With the constantly evolving market landscape and business strategies, Frank is tasked with ensuring the program’s continued success.

His first imperative was to ensure clear values were communicated and promoted companywide. Securing leadership buy-in to consistently demonstrate these values to the wider team was also crucial for embedding their strategy into everyday operations.
