Jesse Kahle

Jesse Kahle is Senior Director of Transformation & Operational Excellence at Atlas Energy Solutions (NYSE: AESI), leading enterprise transformation strategy for a leading proppant producer, logistics, and distributed power solutions provider serving the Permian Basin. He built that foundation over 15 years at Caterpillar, with an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, a Master of Science in Engineering from Purdue, and a BSME from the University of Evansville.

He also founded Calling Audibles, a strategy consulting and executive coaching firm working with small businesses, sales teams, and owner-operators. One engagement pulled him into hands-on operational leadership, scaling field operations 8x; enough to drive its acquisition by Atlas Energy Solutions.

Jesse volunteers extensively in Scouting America including chairing Cub Scout Day Camp for the Sam Houston Area Council, leading 200 key volunteers serving 2,000 youth annually. His philosophy: change doesn't have to be complicated. It may be hard, but simple strategies, applied with discipline to the right behaviors, will drive exceptional results.
