Laura has 10 years in the gas and electric utility business spending the last 4.5 years leading the implementation and maturity of CenterPoint's SMS. She holds a B.S. in Public Affairs from Indiana University, an M.S.Ed in Learning Design from Purdue University, SHRM-CP, and CNP's CI certification. She participates across the utility industry on SMS teams with API, AGA, and EEI.
