The guy from the UK Unite union was incorrect when he stated that the BP company man was in charge on the DWH it is categorically the OIM who is in charge and if he didn't agree with anything that went on he would have been well within his rights to put the company man on the next chopper off the rig , his management would have stood by him no problem. Now lets all just wait and see what conclusion the investigation team come up with.
