From time to time I receive one of your emails describing a white paper I might be interested in. However whenever I follow the link provided to download the article I am unable to log in (the button provided to login does nothing) the download button merely refreshes the page and the registration form, when I try filling it out, returns the message that my data are already assigned (to me obviously). I have never been able to download any of your pdfs.
This has happened several times and today is the last time I will bother.
