Our company provides engraving/marking services to the industry - tags, id plates, control panels, etc. I am fairly new to this industry, and am trying to learn all I can about the challenges in that area (so we can be the best solution provider), as well as learning about connecting with our customers - where they engage in social networking, how they search for their needs, what information they are looking for, etc...
