Justin Ceterski has worked for Shell over the last 21 years with a diverse career across plant management, regional engineering, and operational excellence within chemicals and lubricants. He is currently a global Operational Excellence lead for Shell Lubricants driving value added continuous improvement through building teams skills, streamlining processes, and eliminating waste across the supply chains. Outside of work, Justin promotes STEM education through active community involvement in scouting.
